In Lancaster, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across California vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (661) 802-7282. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 104 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded auto repair shops in Lancaster.

Lancaster is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lancaster follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

First time using European Service Center. Had both front and back brakes/rotors replaced, and had lines bled. They did a great job, I'm very happy I found them. I learned they are a family owned business. Very friendly and professional. I had no ride on the day I brought my car in. I was looking at more than a 2 hour wait. Their were kind enough to offer me a ride home and pick me up when my car was ready! Very happy with the brake job, a solid 5 star. Honest experience mechanics, and a great family I met that day! I will be bringing my car back for future services! Tom Meza, Palmdale Ca

My Volkswagen had an intermittent rough engine that a different service center couldn't fix. European Service Center took the time needed to diagnose and fix my issue and provided clear communication to me while doing so. I have my car back and it's been running great since. I will definitely come back for future service.

Came in to get the serpentine belt and some pulleys replaced on my Audi S4. The owner John is great and very knowledgeable. Got a great quote and had my car back within a day. Great experience overall! His mechanics are great and very knowledgeable. Have had my car back a week now with 0 issues. I will definitely be retuning. Best European shop in the AV!

Brought my Alfa Romeo Giulia 2020 for a transmission fluid change to European Service Center and I’m glad I did. Jon gave me a great price on it. Other places were quoting me much higher prices. They did a great job and did a diagnostic report and everything came out great. Got to know Jon a little bit and turns out he loves his cars so you know you’re in good hands. His mom is also a sweetheart. Definitely will be bring my car back.

I have lived in the AV for more than 20 years and over this time have owned a few European vehicles (Porsche, Audi, BMW and Mercedes). Every time my vehicles need servicing or repairs, I find myself having to drive down to Sta. Clarita to get them serviced at the dealership which is time consuming, inconvenient, and most of all expensive. That's until I found this place. My Macan threw an error code and went on "limp mode" and my first recourse was to call Porsche. I was put on a 7-day waiting list! What a blessing this turned out to be because I googled local shops and found Euro Service Center. Needless to say, they diagnosed and took care of the problem within a 24-hour window! And the best part? I paid a little over three hundred and then problem solved. This would be about the same amount just for a diagnostic at Porsche. That said, if you own a Euro and need a local shop (that's honest and efficient) to service/repair it, please do yourself and your wallet a favor and call them first. Satisfaction guaranteed!
